Clinicians Gateway
Provides users with web-enablement for ODBC compliant behavioral health information systems.
Key features include:
Four different access levels: LOOK-UPs, NOTES, ADMIN and SYSTEM (log-in to restricted areas with staff number and password)
Lookups
A variety of database access features, including account, client, staff and provider look-ups, listing of active clients by staff and provider and etc. Drill-down from the CLIENT INFORMATION FACE SHEET to review complete diagnosis information, direct services, etc.
Notes
Interface personalized for each clinician at log-in; review personal caseload, enter service data, progress notes and addendums; enter multi-staff activities, including those across providers, for clients concurrently eligible for services at multiple providers; create a group of clients, enter a group service template, trigger the individual notes and personalize them for each client; complete verification of service data to guard against audit exceptions; services are automatically uploaded to legacy billing system.
Admin
Interface personalized for each administrator at log-in; review clinic activities, including caseloads, timesheets, statistical reports, services and progress notes; administer pending services and annotate completed services, as needed.
System
Activate new staff in the system and assign access levels; manage digital signature authentication, password security and service upload.

a user can pay to be kept up to date with software revisions and support. If a user chooses not to pay the monthly service fee then the system will continue to function but will no longer upgraded or maintained. At this time, there are no known costs for direct messaging.
